Domestic Shipping

At ocau , we try our best to ship your orders as soon as possible. On an average, it takes us about 3-5 days to ship the orders. However, bulk order takes time to process, so we will keep you informed through mail.

1. Shipping within India is INR 100 irrespective of the number of items bought.
2. Shipping is free on purchases above INR 1500.
3. Orders are delivered within 5 to 6 working days. Unless for the customised order, so we will keep you updated through mail. 
4. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at ocaudesigns@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.

International Shipping

All of Ocau orders are shipped internationally via DHL/FEDEX. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes. The large majority of orders will not have to pay additional charges. In case any additional custom charges are assessed, the customer will be responsible for paying the additional charges.
